Automated Listing Updates Now Active (Beta)
Stageforce has begun it’s launch of Automated Listing Updates that will provide notifications when active projects have a change in listing status detected using a real estate data aggregator (Beta, U.S. only). The listing updates are part of the new Stageforce Assistant feature which will expand to search for opportunities to keep your Stageforce projects up-to-date and accurate.
The notifications will help stagers stay on top of listing status changes and provide additional info such as Listing Price, Listing Date, Sold Price, Sold Date, Bed, Bath, and Sqft when available. Additionally, customers can activate an account level setting to have their Stageforce project fields automatically update with the new listing information.
While the listing information detected is not always accurate, the goal is to provide Stageforce customers the best information available and reduce last-minute destage requests. Additional efforts will be made during the beta period to increase accuracy. Please submit any incorrect listing updates to support@stageforce.com
Here’s how it works…
Listing updates use the property address provided within the Stageforce project (include the Address 2 field for unit numbers).
Updates are automatically triggered when an active project has a listing status change detected by Datafiniti, LLC when compared to the listing status within Stageforce.
There are three changes in listing status that are being monitored by Stageforce Assistant.
For Sale - Provides Listing Status, Listing Date, Listing Price, Bed/Bath/Sqft* (if blank)
Sale Pending - Provides Listing Status, Listing Price
Sold - Provides Listing Status, Sold Price, Sold Date
Notifications for these changes are automatically sent to Project Leads and users with a permission level of Admin, Super Admin, or Owner. Notifications are provided via email and indicated within the app under the notification icon in the main menu.
Stageforce fields included in the update can be set to automatically update once the account setting for Automated Listing Info is changed to active (Default setting is disabled, requires Account Owner permission level to activate). Once active, fields will be automatically updated and display a robot icon next to the field.
Please note that any projects requiring a unit number are likely to give incorrect results if the Address 2 field is left blank or address entries do not follow standard postal formats.

Check the address entered in Stageforce: Common errors include:
Incorrect Address Entered
Unit Number Missing
Unit Number Format Does Not Match MLS
(STE, UNIT, APT, etc)
Street Abbreviation Missing/Incorrect
Street Abbreviation Does Not Match MLS Format
(Use N instead of North, Use Dr instead of Drive)
