Stageforce Recommended Products and Atlas RFID
RFID readers and tags are supplied through a partnership with Atlas RFID Store. All tags are custom printed and encoded, it is the user’s responsibility to ensure your company name and number sequence are correct when ordering. The tags and reader ship directly from Atlas. Stageforce supplies and ships: clear plastic sleeves, fabric adhesive labels and the inventory tagging kit.
Tag Size, Type, Adhesion
RFID tags are embedded with an antenna to receive and respond to the radio frequency signal generated by the RFID Reader. The larger the tag the larger the antenna. A larger antenna increases the ability of the tag to be located by the reader. It is always best to use the largest tag possible on your products.
Metal, Glass products require special tags that are optimized for those products. These tags have a foam backing to separate the tag from the product increasing readability.
Regular RFID tags work well on most other products. Highly polished or textured products and some fabrics may need additional adhesive like the fabric adhesive labels.
It is important to protect the tag on products that you are going to use outside. We recommend using a clear plastic sleeve and zip tying it to the item.
Tag Quantity
Review the items you want to tag and develop an initial count, select the size and choose the quantity. We recommend ordering slightly over what you actually need incase you purchase more products or need to replace a tag.

Store Order History & Reorders
When ordering, creating a store account enables you to see your order history online https://stageforce.com/account/login . This also helps when reordering tags to verify your last number ordered (and where to start new number sequence). Please note that the online store account is not associated to your Stageforce application account. They work independently.
Shipping / Delivery Timelines
Domestic orders take approximately 2 weeks- business days, does not include weekends.
International orders take approximately 3 weeks depending on customs clearance. All international orders will receive a separate bill for shipping. Users are responsible for duty and import fees.
RFID readers and tags ship directly from AtlasRFID by UPS. An email will be sent from Atlas with tracking information when your order is shipped. (check Spam folder)
Clear plastic sleeves and fabric adhesive labels are shipped directly from Stageforce by USPS.
Linking Your New Tags to Stageforce
After ordering your tags, you can now create corresponding tag numbers into Stageforce by using the batch create function on the Tag Manager page located in the site navigation. This will create a bank of corresponding tag numbers that you can associate/ assign to items. We recommend assigning tags only after adhering tags to an item.
Refund Policy
AtlasRFID does not allow refunds on tag orders. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure the company name and number sequence are correct when ordering. Returns on RFID readers are subject to Atlas RFID approval and return policy .
